A group of students from “Atzalynas” gymnasium went to the exhibition in Kaunas Zalgiris arena. The students found out event more information about programs, which were offered by colleges and universities in Lithuania, they had to know the students and the professors also, they found out the Universities conditions of dormitories, the prices of studies.

 

 

Educational program “Making bread”

 

Some of our students went to Gasciunai homestead, which is located in Pasvalys. The students took part in educational program “Making bread”. Our students got to know the equipment is used, the plants that grow there, they listened to a story about how the bread used to be made 50 years ago and now. Everyone had an opportunity to make a small loaf of bread.

 

A meeting with a representative of “Eduplius”

 

The quest came to meet with the seniors of school, who are interested in studying abroad. The students found out how to apply to universities in Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden and England, they also found out how much it cost to study in different countries, how to purpose for entrance exam, they got to know about the living conditions. Also, the students got to hear the feedback about studies from those who are studying abroad, they were introduced to the system of loans, they were given the opportunity to ask some important question. We hope that this meeting will help young people to decide where they really want to study.
